                              RESOLUTION NO. 21600
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT
                 CHATTANOOGA, RELATIVE TO DIFFERENTIAL
                 GEOGRAPHIC POSITIONING FOR MAPPING SAMPLING
                 SITES, FOR A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED
                 FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN
                 DOLLARS ($53,277.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with the University of Tennessee at
       Chattanooga, relative to differential geographic positioning for
       mapping sampling sites, for a total cost not to exceed 
$53,277.00.
